Family of homicide victim Bhavkiran Dhesi of Surrey makes public appeal

ON August 2, 2017, at around 12:20 a.m., the body of 19-year-old Bhavkiran Dhesi was found inside a burning vehicle in the 18700-block of 24th Avenue in Surrey.
